FitzVenture Travel x WanderLuxe Consulting – San Juan, Puerto Rico 2026
This Refund Policy applies to the Run&Venture: San Juan, Puerto Rico 2026 experience. By reserving or registering for this experience, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. early access DeposiT
- A refundable early access deposit of $199 is required to secures the early bird price.
- The reservation is fully refundable from February 13, 2026 – March 20, 2026.
- After March 20, 2026, the early access reservation fee will be applied to your trip balance and will become non-refundable.
2. Registration & Payment Options
Standard registration opens on March 23, 2025. Participants may choose one of the following payment options
- Pay in Full at checkout.
- Half Now, Half Later– Pay half of the registration at checkout, and half on August 1, 2026.
- 3 Month Payment Plan– Registration is split into three payments, with the first payment made at checkout, the second payment made 120 day after the first payment, and the last payment made on August 1, 2026.
- 6 Month Payment Plan– Registration is split into six payments, with the first payment made at checkout, payments two-five is made in 30 day installments, with the last payment made on August 1, 2026.
3. Refund Policy after registration
Once a participant pays or makes payments to registration, the following refund terms apply:
- Before and on May 30, 2026, you are eligible for a 50% refund or amounts paid.
- After May 30, 2026 no refunds will be issued.
Refunds are calculated based on payments made directly to FitzVenture Travel x WanderLuxe Consulting.
4. Transfer of Reservation
Registrations for the Venture Path may be transferred to another eligible participant up to July 31, 2026. Please note that if you register for the Run Path, we are unable to transfer or refund your Lola Challenge registration.
5. Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
- FitzVenture Travel x WanderLuxe Consulting reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
